Use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, granted by EU and Italian consumer protection law. The withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery of the goods. You may withdraw from the contract for only some of the items purchased.

After submission we will register your request and you will receive an email confirmation with the date and time of transmission, which constitutes a receipt of the withdrawal. The request, once validly submitted, takes effect from the moment of its transmission. The acknowledgement of receipt does not in itself constitute acceptance on the merits: we will verify that the legal conditions are met (including the exceptions under Article 59, for example made-to-measure or personalised goods) and will contact you only should any relevant issues arise.

Once the request has been submitted, the return of the products and the refund follow the same practical procedures as for returns: you will receive the return instructions by email. Return shipping costs are borne by you.
