Do you want to make a unique and original gift, make an event or a special occasion memorable or more simply you work in the kitchen and you don't want anyone to be able to exchange their knives with yours? Do you have a restaurant, a club or a hotel and want to customize your tools? Whatever the reason, we can customize on request every knife or tool you buy on our website or in the shop with an engraving, a text phrase or a logo or image of your choice. This knife customization service can be carried out mainly in two ways that have different characteristics and costs: Manual engraving and laser engraving.

MANUAL ENGRAVING

The hand-made engraving on the knife blade is a manual process that is supplied for FREE with the purchase of each knife or tool where it can be applied: it is handcrafted and is included at no cost both on products purchased Online and on those purchased at the store.

It is possible to request the engraving on the blade of a name, a phrase, a date, a simple symbol or a short text of up to 30 characters. The engraving will be done by writing in italics with all the charm and the characteristic imperfection of handwriting as in the example image.

For products that can be purchased online, simply select the "Customize with an engraving" option and the subsequent options by entering the text and notes in the appropriate fields. By adding the product to the cart, the customization request will be forwarded with the order. It is possible to either order multiple items with the same customization, or repeat the operation by adding the same item to the cart several times with different customizations.

LASER ENGRAVING

Laser engraving is a process carried out using a special numerical control tool capable of accurately reproducing logos or emblems, graphic and written characters of all types, within the limits of space and reproducibility. For each processing required, laser engraving has a variable cost according to the following factors:

Graphic Processing: €30
It is made and charged only once. The file will be saved in our archive and can be reused in the future at no cost.
Machine set-up: €15
It is carried out and charged on each requested processing as a fixed cost.
Object processing: €1,5
It is the cost charged for each object for which processing is required.

For the products purchased online, it is possible to select the type of engraving and the cost of the service will be calculated automatically.

ATTENTION: The customized product is excluded from the right of withdrawal. For graphic processing it is advisable to send logos or vector or high-resolution files.
