Why a cigar cutter is born
Cigar cutter is a tool created to cut the final part of a cigar and allow it to be smoked in the most appropriate way. Cigars, for the most part, have one side that must be cut because it is too stiff to be smoked, cutting it exposes the tobacco inside the cigar.
