The Rustico Steak Knife was born from the desire to create a blade capable of cutting meat, leaving its texture unaltered, with a simply perfect and long-lasting cut. The "RUSTICO," unique in its characteristics, features a wider blade than that of a traditional steak knife, and is forged (i.e., made from a hot-worked steel rod or ingot by deforming the metal, then tempered and finished). The result is a knife with great personality and extraordinary elegance. The handle is given a particular curvature that distinguishes the table knives crafted by the Scarperia artisan. A steak knife is a unique and unrepeatable piece and will transform a simple gesture, like cutting, into a moment of true pleasure. The set includes 2 Rustico Steak Knives and 2 Forks, forged with olive wood handles. They can be personalized by engraving names on the blade to make them truly unique.
