The traditional Scarperia Zouave in Ebony Wood
La Zuava di Scarperia è un antico coltello che prende il nome dall'antico corpo militare francese degli Zuavi. Esclusivamente fatto a mano dalla fine del 1800, è simbolo indiscusso della centenaria tradizione di fare i coltelli a Scarperia. Oggetto indispensabile per tagliare, mangiare, lavorare e cacciare, amico intimo dal quale non ci si separava, era custodito gelosamente e considerato molto personale ed ha accompagnato intere generazioni nella vita quotidiana finché non diventava del tutto inservibile. La versione classica con la sua lama da 3 mm in acciaio inox satinato e con la particolarità del manico in pregiato legno di ebano sapientemente lavorato e intarsiato con piastre in acciaio, è un coltello robusto, affidabile ma al contempo leggero, quindi comodo da tenere in tasca. Grazie ai suoi 25 cm aperto, può tranquillamente essere usato come coltellino da tutti i giorni.
