Shipping options and delivery times
Shipments are prepared with the utmost care, often using triple packaging. The goods are shipped to the address indicated during registration, or to an alternative address depending on the customer's instructions.
Shipping times may vary from 3 working days for shipments with destination in Italy, to 15 working days for non-European countries calculated from the confirmation of acceptance of the order. In case of payment by bank transfer, the estimated delivery date must be calculated starting from the credit date. In the event that the Supplier is unable to ship within this period, the Buyer will be promptly notified by e-mail.
Shipping costs
Shipments up to 1.5 Kg have the following costs based on the country of destination. Shipments to Italy are always free (excluding major and minor islands), as well as on-site collection. Delivery times* shown in the following table are indicative, the delivery date will be communicated upon receipt of payment.

In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will attempt a second delivery, after which the goods will be deposited at the nearest warehouse and you will be notified to arrange the delivery. Considering the nature of the goods, we recommend to avoid, as far as possible, the storage in the logistics warehouses. For hassle-free delivery, it is a good idea to adhere to a few simple rules. Enter an address where, in all likelihood, the courier will always find someone, for example the place of work, the parents' home, etc. Remember to put your name on the doorbell; the house number must be clearly visible.
In case of storage or return of the package due to the recipient being unable to be found, additional costs will be charged to the recipient for the new shipment. Following non-delivery, if the cancellation and refund of the order is requested, the shipping and/or return costs of the package will be deducted from the amount.
