The set consisting of a bread knife, a cured meat and roast knife, and 6 smooth-bladed steak table knives, all in olive wood, are still made today with traditional working processes; the blades are sheared, that is, obtained from a steel sheet through a cold working process. The handles are made from a single piece of olive wood with a purely traditional shape.
