"Gobbo Abruzzese" – Abruzzo-style Hunchback knife
The handle of the Gobbo Abruzzese regional knife is made of precious ox horn; the 9 cm long brushed steel blade, shaped like an olive leaf, is extremely sharp and is flat across most of the blade. The handle is devoid of decoration and is made from a single piece of horn cut in half where the blade and spring are housed.

The Gobbo Abruzzese regional knife, originally from Loreto Aprutino in Italy's Abruzzo region, is a basic knife used mainly by shepherds. It is slender and essential and takes its name from the curvature of its handle.
