This Lux model differs from common knives for its simpler yet extremely effective shape. The blade is forged in AISI420 stainless steel, while the handle is made from the solid tip of the ox horn into which the blade tang is inserted for perfect retention. This roast carving knife is used to cut or carve cooked meats. The long, slender blade enables even very thin slices to be prepared neatly and evenly, usually used together with a carving fork. Its great versatility ensures that this knife can also be used in the kitchen for other uses.
