Ricciolo Regional Knife
The handle of the Ricciolo regional folding knife is made of precious boxwood; the blade is made of c70 steel and is 8.5 cm long, the closing system is traditional and not spring-assisted.
The "French" knife
The Ricciolo regional knives have been produced in Scarperia since the early 1900s, strictly in boxwood, these small knives are called "French style" due to the shape of the blade, they have a long bolster band and its peculiarity is in the handle, which is faceted at the bottom, then shaped into rings and finally finished in a curl.
