Il Coltello Bistecca Rustico Legno Di Olivo nasce dalla volontà di creare una lama capace di tagliare la carne, lasciandone inalterato lo stato, con un taglio semplicemente perfetto e duraturo; Il "RUSTICO" unico nelle sue caratteristiche, è dotato di una lama più larga rispetto a quella di un classico coltello da carne, e forgiata (ovvero ricavata da un tondino o lingotto di acciaio lavorato a caldo tramite deformazione del materiale metallico, poi temperato e rifinito). Il risultato è un coltello dalla grande personalità e straordinaria eleganza. Al manico, realizzato in pregiato legno di Olivo, viene data una particolare curvatura che contraddistingue i coltelli da tavola realizzati dall'Artigiano di Scarperia.
