Aquilan Historical knife
The historic Aquilano knife, unlike the Aquilano Anticato model, does not undergo the manufacturing process that makes it aged, but is finished and polished down to the smallest detail, it is made with a fine buffalo horn handle, the satin-finished blade is in 440c stainless steel.
The traditional knife of L'Aquila
The historic Aquilano knife is one of the oldest in the Abruzzo tradition, as evidenced by some reports found in the areas of Aquila and its surroundings, it was the knife where in sheep farming, the main role of the peoples, it assumed a role of primary importance and still today it stands out with a sinuous and elegant shape making it a beautiful knife of the Italian tradition.
