This Zuava model was designed and built by the master knifemaker Piero Bartolini. Scarperia has revisited its iconic knife with the addition of a simple but effective bottle opener tool, which in no way alters the shape or use of the blade but adds this practical, easy-to-use feature. This exceptional corkscrew design enhances an established beautiful knife piece and is highly acclaimed by many sommeliers. This special deer-antler handle knife is also available on request in other variants such as ox horn, buffalo horn and various types of precious woods, such as olive or boxwood.
